Dear City Council:
When we have prior knowledge about a topic, we understand it better. When we don't have related knowledge, we face difficulties in understanding.
The Community of Menlo Park encourage the city to be more forthcoming with resident communication. It's been over 6 months since the last town hall with the city manager.
