Mayor Combs and City Councilmembers:
Thank you to you all and to city staff for taking timely action on local
amendments to building codes.
I support staff recommendations to pursue and adopt Options A (AC to heat
pump) and Option B (enhanced pre-wiring) AND if it all possible, Option C
(flex path) as well.
Im very grateful to our citys staff and leadership in creating safer
homes and cleaner air for all residents in Menlo Park, and most critically,
in taking timely action while there is a window of opportunity to do so!
