Note that staff did NOT comply with the direction from the Planning Commission: Peter "ACTION: Motion and second (Strehl/Kennedy) to continue the item to the July 22, 2019 Planning Commission meeting with direction to staff to bring back findings for denial with public hearing and public comment; passes 3-1 with Commissioners Kennedy, Strehl and Tate supporting, Commissioner Barnes opposed, Commissioner Riggs abstaining, and Commissioners DeCardy and Doran absent.” And the minutes of the June 24 meeting are on the agenda AFTER the 1704 ECR item. In all prior PC agendas the approval of minutes of the prior meeting is BEFORE the action items. This is clearly an attempt to hide the facts! Something is very wrong here!
