Troy and Mindy,
After 2.5 weeks, this is the response we have received regarding our third
submission of the SB9 Final Parcel Map. A third-round review of an SB9 map
should not require three weeks, yet the City has now “determined” that
comments will not be provided until *12/8/25*. This 3rd review submitted on
11/17/25 was not about any engineering changes just Final Parcel Map
explanations coming from 2nd Submission and over 90% of the response to
this 3rd submissions were clarifications to an incompetent employee in
PW- Edress
Rangeen that keep asking the same questions. See attached our 3rd
resubmission explanation letter. This 3rd review and approval of the Mylar
takes maximum 3-4 business days to be approved in this case city
claims that they need 3 weeks. This is totally unacceptable.
Delays of this nature are precisely what hinder the timely creation of
housing. The review team continues to raise issues by calling the title
company that shows their incompetence, creating unnecessary obstacles and
costs for applicants and taxpayers.
We respectfully request that the City of MP is fully investigated for its
housing practices and SB9 application processing timelines and dismissal of
employees that clearly are not qualified for their job to be paid by my
taxes.
