I’m really happy that the city plans to put housing on land it actually owns, but I think it’s unfair to turn only the parking lots on one side of Santa Cruz to housing use, which will make the businesses on that side of the street less accessible. Is there a way to divide up the housing between parking lots on both sides of the street? That way the burden would be shared more evenly,
