Hi, Council We still can’t afford to upgrade many of our appliances but there is no reason that new or remodeled residences shouldn’t have the least polluting kind. The human race may be doomed for a number of reasons but we can’t be sure and it’s better to act on the assumption that we can survive if we try. Sincerely Nina Wouk
