Hi, Council
I hope Menlo Park will join Palo Alto Mayor Stone in wanting to deal with homelessness together with other cities in both counties. Shunting homeless people back and forth, or letting/making them shunt themselves between towns, solves nothing and all the ways to make people just disappear are both illegal and immoral. We need to come up with something.
