Dear Council members,
I do not believe that Menlo Park needs a new library! I realize that Arrillaga is offering funds but there are so many greater needs, particularly in Belle Haven, than to upgrade a library that was recently upgraded! Let’s give Belle Haven a new library! Or is Arrillaga’s money only good in predominantly white neighborhoods?? Now that would be interesting to find out....
