Honorable Menlo Park City Council,
Ive emailed this to you many times over the years: The only way Menlo Park is going to meet its housing element requirements is for the city to use land the city owns. If that means reimbursing the special assessment that paid for the downtown parking lots,
thats what it means. Anything else is just wishing and hoping, because the city cant make any other land owner do anything.
