I am concerned that having the pool be open only one extra hour one day a week doesn’t provide sufficient time for community members with jobs and kids to get a swim in after work. I would really like to see it open until 9 at least 2 nights a week. Doing this for a few months would make it possible to see if increased evening hours attracted more people. In exchange, the pool could open later those days. According to the operator it gets very little use in the morning most days.
