I’m really happy to see more housing walkable to downtown. It’s also possible that said housing will require extra water, sewer, electric etc capacity. If so, who will get the doubtful pleasure of paying for upgrades? Us as tax payers or us as rate payers? I know it’s going to be us one way or the other. Just wondering how.
