Dear City Council, I am in favor of the Downtown Parking Plazas Ordinance. I frequent many downtown businesses and cant imagine reducing downtown parking spaces or changing the nature of downtown without the vote of the Menlo Park residents. Please adopt the ordinance, Judy Hyrne
