Dear City Council, Speed bumps on Middle Ave were installed before signage, this is unsafe! For future projects, signage first then actual speed bump. Temporarily there should be a bump warning sign in the middle of the bump to warn drivers. Natalie (20 year local resident) Sent from my iPhone
