At the next San Mateo County BOS meeting (Item 10) they will be addressing the problem of illegal fireworks in the county by amending the ordinance in order to put in place very substantial penalties, and make property owners who allow their discharge, liable. I hope that the city would do something similar because of the danger fireworks pose.
