I recent read Lee's email about the 4 analyst positions that have been posted, and have to tell you that I think further hiring is not responsible. City Council members- I am not in ANY way supportive of a moratorium on development in the city. It is the wrong tool for mitigation of problems and in fact may make matters worse. Traffic on ECR is caused by multi- city issues including demands and decisions taken by Palo Alto on multiple instances...
