I saw a notice on Nextdoor that many  beautiful heritage trees are to be removed because they interfere with development of a project.  That is absolutely disgusting.    This is especially so given the fact that Menlo Park claims to be a tree city and its logo is an oak tree.  Shame on Public Works ...
