Please make discussion open to the public, with experts invited to present arguments on the science, as well as on the estimated local economic impacts, pro and con. I am a senior in my late 70s. It gets harder and harder to get to and from home. Traffic congestion keeps getting worse send it seems as though traffic impacts of new projects are low on the priority lists. Please add proactive traffic management to the city's goals. Hinda Sack
