I understand there will be a vote tonight on opening the 600 block of Santa Cruz Avenue to traffic. I am in favor of opening it. My home is Northeast of downtown and I want to be able to drive all the way to El Camino and make a left or go straight on. Thanks for your consideration. -Katie Keating
