This morning around 8:30 I saw a valiant deputy pull over a sample rider of the cadre of arrogant kamikaze cyclists that endanger the lives of everybody at the intersection of Sand Hill and Santa Cruz Ave: an area, and an ongoing problem that is totally ignored by the MPPD whose jurisdiction it is.
